About Foresight Analytics
The founder of Foresight Analytics, Sebastian Neale, was drawn to the field of data because of its foundational role in understanding and shaping the world around us. From systems thinking to real-world decisions, data and intelligence are deeply interconnected.
After over 16 years as an analyst in the public sector including healthcare leadership roles in predictive modelling, simulation, and AI, Sebastian founded Foresight Analytics to build the tools and methods that decision-makers, analysts, and data scientists actually need.
Foresight Analytics exists to equip organisations with world-class decision-making tools. We specialise in helping clients make sense of complex systems, whether in healthcare, finance, or fast-moving commercial operations, through advanced analytics, AI, and simulation.
Our team includes experts in predictive modelling, health economics, systems migrations, and generative AI. While we bring deep healthcare experience, we also support small businesses exploring AI adoption with practical, tailored solutions.
Our proprietary tools include:
- Perspective-Based Analytics: A toolkit that explores multiple valid interpretations of data and challenges the "single version of the truth" mindset.
- Local AI Framework: A deployable guide to help small businesses set up secure, local LLMs using open-source models.
- Multi-Series Forecasting Tool: A powerful engine for predicting and analysing time-series data across multiple dimensions.
We are a focused, agile consultancy helping organisations apply intelligence - not just technology - to their most complex challenges.
